As per our recent meeting and your presentation we are delighted to facilitate S.C.C.S ( Safari Chef Culinary School) at Base 4.
Being the first of its kind in South Africa. Food Preparation & Cooking in the bush. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for approaching The Four Wheel Drive Club of Southern Africa and its facilities.

As you are well aware Base 4 has many acres of bushveld in which to simulate this experience as well as large campsites and a conference centre.

We are particularly impressed with your focused policies on specific areas such as Fire & Safety, nutritional education, hygiene and sanitation in the “Bush”.

We would also like to confirm and welcome you and your partner Garith as our In-house Chef’s to demonstrate cooking skills at our clubs monthly OPEN-DAYS. We look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership and remain!
